By accessing or using DealSights AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DealSights AI is a revenue intelligence platform that connects to your CRM, email, and calendar to provide AI-powered deal insights. The Service is provided by Marta Tools LLC.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are tax-inclusive. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Token packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable.
You retain ownership of all data you connect to or upload to the Service. We access your CRM, email, and calendar data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
The Service uses AI models to analyze your data and generate insights. AI outputs are informational and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
You agree not to: reverse engineer the Service; use it for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access; share your account credentials; exceed your plan limits through automated means.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with 30 days notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marta Tools LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data will be deleted within 30 days unless you request an export.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
